Atlalta Media Solutions (“Atlalta”, “we”, “us”) is a digital studio based in Delhi, India. This policy covers the website at atlalta.in and our client portal at client.atlalta.in. We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us its data fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Websites we build or host for our clients, including pages under atlalta.in that carry a client’s own name, are run on their behalf and follow that client’s own privacy policy.

When you contact us

The consultation form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the services you are interested in and your message. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

When you use the client portal

If you are a client, we keep your name, email address, company and the work we do together: projects and milestones, invoices and payment status, messages, reports, and the files exchanged with you. You can upload files through the portal, and anything you upload is stored with the rest of your project.

Automatically

Like every web server, our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. These logs are used to keep the service secure and working, and are kept only briefly. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

We use your personal data only to:

• reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal you asked for;
• deliver the work we have agreed on, share files and keep you updated;
• send invoices, keep accounts and meet our tax and legal obligations;
• keep the website and portal secure, including blocking spam and abuse.

We process enquiry data because you chose to send it to us, and client data because we need it to carry out our agreement with you. We never sell personal data, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.

The public website works without cookies. The client portal keeps you signed in by storing a session token in your browser’s local storage, and remembers small preferences such as list or grid view. These are essential to the service and cannot be switched off while you use it.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, it will only run if you allow it in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time in cookie settings.

Some thumbnails of our video work load from YouTube’s image servers, which means Google receives your IP address when they are shown. Following a link to YouTube, Instagram or Google Drive takes you to that service, where its own policy applies.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run our services. Each handles data only to provide its service to us:

• Vercel hosts the website and portal.
• Supabase stores portal accounts, project records, messages and invoices.
• Google stores project files in our Google Drive, and Gmail carries our email.
• Web3Forms delivers consultation form messages to our inbox and filters spam.

These providers may store data on servers outside India. We otherwise share personal data only when the law requires it, or with your permission. If we share your project folder with your own Google account, that happens only at your request.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept while we work together and afterwards for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. When you ask us to close your portal account, we remove it along with its messages and portal uploads, keeping only what we must by law.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct or complete it;
• delete it, unless we have to keep it by law;
• withdraw consent you gave earlier, without affecting what we did before;
• nominate someone to act for you in case of death or incapacity.

Everything travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. Portal data is protected by row-level access rules, so each client can see only their own projects, and project folders in Google Drive stay private to the studio unless shared at your request. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can reach your data and fix problems quickly. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be shown on the site or sent to clients by email.
